At Gemini Hues by Neha Goel, we take great care in crafting and delivering each piece with precision and love. We understand, however, that sometimes things may not go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we do accept size exchanges or store credit in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A size exchange is requested (subject to availability).
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
